I just purchased a cartier watch from edward at SMC and it was a fantastic transaction! they answered the phone, answered every question that I had in detail, sent me additional photos, and even went and got me a new cartier strap for the watch. I easily paid for it on their website and it arrived fed-ex two days later no issues. The watch was exactly as described and the same watch as in the photos. Their communication and follow-up was excellent, pricing was fantastic, and I highly recommend them to anyone buying a high grade watch from them.
